51-year-old Joseph Vigna of McAdoo was arraigned before District Court Judge Stephen J. Bayer for burglary, criminal mischief, theft, and receiving stolen property for an October 2, 2014 home burglary at 98 Mahanoy Avenue in Hometown (Rush Township).
Police Sergeant Duane Frederick said Vigna was lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison on $50,000 straight cash bail.
