VOLUNTEERS SPRUCE UP TAMAQUA AS PART OF S.K.I.P. CLEANUP EVENT

About ten volunteers donated their time on Saturday (September 20, 2014) to spruce up various areas of Tamaqua.
The cleanup event was held in conjunction with the countywide Schuylkill Keep It Pretty (SKIP) cleanup.
Kevin Steigerwalt, local organizer and Tamaqua Borough Manager, stated his appreciation to all who helped.
During the event, all Tamaqua residents and business owners were encouraged to lend a hand by cleaning their properties and sidewalks.
