Instructor Kim East is holding a 4-session mosaic art class starting Monday, September 29, 2014 at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center.
Remain sessions are October 1, 2014, October 6, 2014 and October 8, 2014.
Cost is $15 per person if you bring your own supplies, or $30 per person if you need to use the Art Center’s supplies. There is a $5 discount when registering with a friend. East said cash, checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
Provided materials are some glass, latex gloves, popsicle sticks, glue and grout, flower pots and frames and other items for design.
Supplies you should bring include oil-fed cutter for glass, glass cutting oil, running pliers, safety glasses, tile nippers, mirrors, glass, tiles and other material you’d like to use.
