Tamaqua “Artist in Residence” recipient Jeffrey Collins held an Artist Meet and Greet on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center. On display were works he completed in the Tamaqua Elks Lodge building this summer. The title of the display is called “Jeffrey Collins Elk Paintings”. His works will remain on display at the center, 125 Pine Street, until Sunday, September 28, 2014.
