Friends, family and volunteers of the late Ricky Evans held a benefit event at the Tamaqua Italian Club on Saturday, September 13, 2014 to help family members pay for funeral expenses.
The event included a Chinese Auction, food and music.
Organizers said that the event raised just over $1,200. They added their appreciation to all who donated, volunteered and supported the benefit.
