Vonz Restaurant in Tamaqua was featured on ‘PA-Live in the Kitchen’ television show on PAHomepage yesterday (Monday, August 18, 2014).
During the show, Chef Yvonne Sidella and Cook Bruce Nelligan made shrimp and scallops in shallot cream sauce.

– 4 Oz Clarified Butter
– 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
– 1 Small Shallot, Minced
– 1/2 C White Whine
– 1/2 C Heavy Cream
– 12 Dry Sea Scallops, 16 10/20 Shrimp
