Three students from the Tamaqua Raider Band recently participated in the George N. Parks Drum Major Academy at Kutztown University. During the academy, students receive personalized instruction in conducting, marching, and leadership skills. The students were Vanessa Solt, Allie Gerber and Jamie Mateyak.
