Mahanoy City Police Department arrested Martina Kaminsky, 45, of Ashland, on drug-related charges following a recent traffic stop. Kaminsky was already on bail for prior drug charges by the Mahanoy City Police Department.

“Martina Kaminsky 45 yrs old of Ashland was arrested following a traffic stop. Kaminsky, who is already on bail for prior drug charges by our Department, is being charged with possession with intent to deliver bath salts,… identity theft, DUI, and possession of drug paraphernalia which included her sales ledger complete with names. Kaminsky was committed to prison on $25,000 straight cash bail on the new charges.”
