DJ Dave Cipko, Tamaqua, has volunteered 25-years as music entertainer during Splash Day and other events at the H.D. Buehler Memorial Bungalow Pool in Tamaqua.
During the first five years, Cipko volunteered via the band “Habit Forming”.
