Family and friends are holding their 2nd annual Logan Farr Memorial Diesel-Truck-Car Show today (Saturday, August 2, 2014) at Heisler’s Dairy Bar in Lewistown Valley.
Farr, age 21, died Oct. 30 of 2012, after a three year battle with Ewing’s sarcoma, a type of cancerous tumor, that originated in his spine.
The show runs from 12 PM to 5 PM. There is no cost for spectator admission. Vehicle registration is $10.
Event includes a 50/50 drawing and prizes.
Proceeds benefit the Four Diamonds Fund and Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
The dairy bar is located at 743 Catawissa Road in Walker Township.
