Staff and volunteers with the Tamaqua Public Library are having their annual Book and Bake Sale today (Saturday, August 2, 2014) from 9 AM to 2 PM at the library.
Prices start at 10 cents. Many of the books are like-new.
The event serves as their major fundraiser for the year. Volunteers added they have a large inventory of gently-used and like-new books. They also have vintage and coffee-table-style books.
