Pictured are volunteers that helped during this month’s Donation Drop-Off and Tamaqua Community Giveaway held yesterday (Sunday, July 27, 2014) due to threatening rain. Donations and volunteered are also needed for the next event scheduled for Saturday, August 30, 2014.
These events are held the last Saturday of the month. Donation drop-off is from 8 AM to 9 AM. Giveaway starts sharply at 9:15 AM.
If you are able to help, please stop between (7 AM and 9 AM) for set-up or between (9:45 AM and 10:30 AM) for teardown.
The event is held next to Schickram’s Car Wash (Rose Street) in Tamaqua. In case of heavy rain, the event will be moved to Sunday (same times).
