Volunteers are holding their 11th Annual Zoo Crew Putt and Brew Mini Golf Tournament today (Saturday, July 26, 2014) at Heisler’s Dairy Bar in Lewistown Valley (Tamaqua). The tournament starts at noon with a super-soaker start.
The event concludes with a picnic and entertainment at the Sports Zoo in Lansford from 2 PM to 5 PM.
Cost per person to participate is $25 and pre-registration is required.
Proceeds benefit the Carbon/Tamaqua Unit of the American Cancer Society by adding to the volunteers’ Zoostock total.
Event is held rain or shine.
