Keys to starting a good craft or art project involve having supplies, time, and most importantly… imagination. Tamaqua Community Arts Center (TCAC) volunteer Kyle Whitley uses his imagination (yesterday, Thursday, July 24, 2014) as he recycles old piano keys for an artistic project he is working on for his church.
