JUSTUS is performing today (Saturday, July 19, 2014) from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Performing Arts Hall at the Tamaqua Community Art Center. Band members are Jack Kulp, Buddy Musselman, Doug Betz and Billy Frye. Proceeds benefit activities at the center.
Tickets are $15 at the door. Tables can also be reserved until they are sold out.
Below is information from their Facebook page: “This concert is not for the weak at heart! It’s classic rock and blues performed the way it was meant to be, loud and proud! Justus prides themselves in interpreting the music and adapting it to their own unique style featuring prominent harmonies and blues harp (harmonica) leads. As the members will tell you, they don’t arrange and perform the songs “just like the record”. Otherwise, everyone might just as well stay home and play the record!”
The center is located at 125 Pine Street in Tamaqua.
