Members and volunteers with the New Ringgold Community Fire Company are holding their annual New Ringgold Block Party today (Friday, July 18, 2014) and Saturday (July 19, 2014) on the grounds of the fire company. The event includes activities, game prizes, food, refreshments, door prizes, and entertainment for all ages.
Block Party hours for both days are 5 PM to 11:30 PM. Food stands open at 5 PM.
On Friday, Diaspora performs from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
Saturday’s events starts with their 1st Annual Cruise-In car show from 1 PM to 5 PM. It is organized by the Gear Grinders Hot Rod Association. Dash plaques to first 50 entries. Entry fee is $3 (benefits Salvation Army). DJ Plum Crazy will perform during the Cruise-In.
On Saturday, Reckless performs from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Saturday’s event also includes a 50/50 raffle (Saturday night).
