TRAFFIC STOP IN MAHANOY TOWNSHIP RESULTED IN ARREST OF SHENANDOAH MAN FOR DRUG AND WEAPON POSSESSION

A Shenandoah man was found to have over 40 grams of bath salts along with other controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and weapons during a traffic stop in Mahanoy Township last night (Sunday, July 13, 2014).
Mahanoy Township Police Department released the following photos and information via their Facebook page.
Ptlm T.J. Rentschler conducted a traffic stop in the township tonight on 42 y/o Jeffrey Najunas of Shenandoah. Najunas was found to have over 40 grams of bath salts along with other controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and weapons. Najunas was committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $15,000 straight cash bail.”
