Friends and family held a benefit today (Sunday, June 29, 2014) at Freddy’s Pub in Tamaqua for the late Carmelo “Chino” Sotomayor. The benefit, which included food, 50/50 raffle, basket raffle and entertainment, was done to help his daughter Jessica Moyer and other family members with funeral costs. Sotomayor passed away June 4, 2014. Organizers on Facebook stated that there will be lots of food, a 50/50 raffles, basket raffles and entertainment.
