Schuylkill County residents are able to ride Schuylkill Transportation System’s fixed-route buses today (Thursday, June 19, 2014) at no charge.
The program is part of S.T.S.’s 9th Annual Dump the Pump Day.
Issuing the proclamation with S.T.S. Executive Director Mike Micko yesterday were Schuylkill County Commissioners George F. Halcovage, Gary J. Hess  and Chairman Frank J. Staudenmeier.
All ages welcome. Children twelve and under must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of three children are permitted per adult.
