The Tamaqua Area Music Department presented their annual Spring Elementary/Middle School Band Concert last week in the school district auditorium.
The concert, directed by Mrs. Marsha Rodgers, featured performances from the Beginner Band, the Intermediate Band and the 6th Grade Band, was attended by over 250 visitors.
Following the performance, Rodgers thanked the Tamaqua Board of Education, administration, faculty and staff for their support of the music department throughout the school district. She also credited Steven Behr, Christopher Czapla and James Faschnact, Mark Beltz and all the students’ parents, friends and relatives for their tireless effort and support.
