Family and friends held a spaghetti dinner and Chinese Auction benefit for Dwayne Kistler recently at the West Penn Rod and Gun Club in Clamtown (West Penn).
Guests were also treated to music by the Blue Mountain Buccaneers, who donated their services.
Kistler, who lives in New Ringgold, suffered a fall, which resulted in him being out of work since December 16.
“I want to be able to both ride again and serve actively on the ambulance,” said Kistler, who served over 20 years as a local EMT. Of which, he served 3 years with Tamaqua Ambulance, 5 years with Lansford Ambulance, and over 20 years with Penn Mahoning Ambulance.
