The Tamaqua Community Arts Center is holding a Collage Workshop today (Thursday, May 15, 2014) from 6 PM to 8 PM at the center.
Instructor/artist Vicky Dash will lead the workshop. Cost is $20 a person.
Guests are encouraged to bring old magazines, calendars, cards, or picture books cut up for collage pieces. Dash will provide additional items for creating a personal collage unique to you.
Vicky’s work has been exhibited in several art galleries, including The Banana Factory and the Ice House in Allentown, The Nazareth Center for the Arts and the Tamaqua Community Arts Center. She is also member of the Schuylkill County Allied Artists.
The center is located at 125 Pine Street in Tamaqua.
