TRAIN CAUSES TRAFFIC CONGESTION IN TAMAQUA

Drivers traveling through Tamaqua around 9:30 AM this morning (Wednesday, May 14, 2014) were met with heavy traffic congestion after a long train wound up blocking major intersections for about 15 minutes.
Facebook users said the prolonged stop occurred after two freight cars became unhitched. Some drivers said on Facebook that they were stuck in traffic for over half an hour. This information is not confirmed.
