Driving 10-15 miles per hour between Coaldale and Tamaqua today (Wednesday, May 7, 2014), the driver and passenger of this truck and trailer allowed for over 20 vehicles to trail behind them until they turned onto Greenwood Street in Tamaqua. The average person would have pulled over to allow everyone to pass. Sadly, this driver didn’t appear to care.
