Tamaqua Area ‘Raider’ Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Jazz Band will present their annual spring concert today (Thursday, May 1, 2014) starting at 7:30 PM.  in the Tamaqua Area auditorium. The combined ensembles include over 130 students from grades 7 through 12 performing music from a variety of styles and periods.
Concert tickets are $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children and senior citizens. Tickets may be purchased at the door the evening of the concert. The concert is open to the public. Doors open at 6:45 PM.
The performance will be directed by Mark E. Beltz, Tamaqua Area High School Band Director.
