Pictured are a few photos of the construction work being done to add new pole-building bays to the American Fire Company No. 1 in Lansford.
The bid was awarded in April 2013. Shea Industries Inc. of Clarks Summit received the project at a cost of $23,723.
Despite delays, work is expected to be complete by July 1st. When complete, the pole building will measure 70 feet by 90 feet.
