Organizers are offering a six-week colored-pencil workshop on Wednesdays from April 30 to June 4, 2014 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center. No experience is necessary.
“In these classes, you will learn the basic techniques/shapes & shading for colored pencil drawing,” said center coördinator Leona Rega.
The workshop is open to both youth and adults. Instructor will be Sharon Miller Readinger.
Readinger is encouraging everyone to bring a photo, article or clip of what they would like to draw.
Additional costs of pencils and other materials will be provided upon registration.
