Do you live with a chronic condition, such as arthritis, COPD, heart disease, or diabetes?
Diakon Community Services is accepting registrations for Living a Healthy Life, a free six-week workshop designed by Stanford University to help improve health for those living with chronic conditions. The workshops will be held from 12:30 PM to 3 PM April 17 and 24, 2014 and May 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2014 at the Tamaqua Salvation Army.

It is being offered through the Prime Time Health program at no charge and includes use of all course materials, books and CDs. Advance registration is required by Friday. For more information or to register, call (570) 624-3017.
