“Spaghetti & Meatballs” will serve as the artistic theme during a cake decorating class being held this evening (Tuesday, April 1, 2014) at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center (TCAC).
Visitors will learn various techniques in the culinary art of cake decorating.
Classes are $10 and are supplied with decorating bag and tools.
