
Daffodils will be available for direct sale over the next few days at a number of locations in Eastern Schuylkill and Carbon County.
Direct sale locations include:
– Hometown Farmer’s Market on Wednesday (March 26, 2014) from 8 AM to sellout.
– Redner’s Market in Nesquehoning on Thursday (March 27, 2014) from 10 AM to sellout.
– Jim Thorpe Market on Friday (March 28, 2014) for most of the day.
– Country Harvest in Palmerton on Friday (March 28, 2014) for most of the day.
CancerTelethon.org Daffodil Committee members and volunteers prepared about 1,000 daffodil bunches, 260 potted daffodils and 60 vases recently for distribution throughout our area. Hiles Brothers of Summit Hill donated the use of their business for the preparation and distribution.
