Parents, volunteers, scouts with the Tamaqua and Panther Valley Girl Scouts are holding a Gift Card Bingo today (Sunday, March 16, 2014) at the New England Fire Company (7 Miller Lane) in Walker Township (Tamaqua).
Doors open at 11:30 AM. Bingo starts at 1 PM.
The Bingo benefits the Girls Scouts trip to Europe.
Includes 15 regular games and 5 specials.
$20 advance sale tickets and $25 at the door.
Organizers added that some of the gift cards are for Sears, Barnes and Noble, American Eagle, Bath and Body and so on.
They added that the event includes a 50/50, chinese auction, bake sale, and homemade food and refreshments for sale.
