Police responded around 4:35 PM today (Friday, March 14, 2014) to SR309 near All American Jeep in Tamaqua for a rear-end collision involving a car and large pickup  truck.
A short  time before, police were called to the northbound lane a short distance away for a truck cap laying in the roadway along US309 northbound.
Responding were Tamaqua and Rush Township police officers. No serious injuries were noted.
