WEST PENN POLICE OFFICER GIVEN WELCOME HOME PARADE AFTER SERVING OVERSEAS

West Penn Police Officer and United States Army soldier Glenn R. Laninger, Tamaqua, was given a “Welcome Home Parade” Tuesday evening (March 11, 2014) after serving a tour overseas.
Pictured is a photo taken March 4th of last year when West Penn Township Supervisors awarded Laninger a Certificate of Appreciation for his dual service to the community and country.
Laninger’s Welcome Home parade consisted of police from West Penn and Tamaqua, West Penn Fire Company, Penn Mahoning Ambulance and others.
