Members and volunteers with the Tamaqua Community Arts Center are holding an International Women’s Day Art Celebration today (Saturday, March 8, 2014) at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center in recognition of International Women’s Day.
Celebration events and activities are:
1. Silent Auction from 4 PM to 9 PM.
— Open to the public. No ticket required.
2. Dinner & Movie from 5 PM to 7 PM.
— Movie “Lost and Living” by Mary Trunk.
— $25 per person. Advance tickets recommended. Call (570) 668-1192 to confirm.
3. Motivational speaker and live music from 7 PM to 8:30 PM.
— With speaker KJ Reimensyder-Wagner.
— Free admission. Open to the public. No ticket required.
