Rush Township Police Department arrested David Halaburda, 19, of Barnesville, yesterday (Friday, Feb. 28, 2014) for breaking into a residence on Forest Avenue in Rush Township. Halaburda was arraigned in front of Judge James Reilly on burglary charges and is currently lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison.
