A tractor trailer traveling south on Interstate 81 crashed high up an embankment at the Exit 138 McAdoo off-ramp. It is unknown when this happened. Jonathan Fortin, Quakake, said that he saw the tractor trailer on the embankment when he passed by this morning (Feb. 19, 2014) around 6:40 AM.
The markings on the tractor read BH Trans Incorporated.
State Police and area fire departments responded.

I drove past this yesterday after work about 1:30 p.m. There was a tow truck there so it must have happened shortly before I passed.
