It was a long day yesterday (Saturday, Jan. 26, 2014) as Tamaqua Cub Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts competed with each other during the Annual Tamaqua Scout Pinewood Derby held at the St. John’s Church on Pine Street in Tamaqua. In addition to the derby, everyone was treated to plenty of refreshments and snacks.
