Members and volunteers with the Tamaqua Community Arts Center are planning their International Women’s Day Art Celebration 2014 for Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the center, 125 Pine Street.
The first of three events will consist of a silent auction from 4 PM to 9 PM. This event won’t require tickets and will be open to the public.
The second event will be a Dinner & Movie titled “Lost in Living” by Mary Trunk. This event lasts from 5 PM to 7 PM and costs $25 per advance ticket. Choice of beef, chicken, vegetable lasagna). RSVP must be given by Feb. 22, 2014. For more information or to reserve a spot, call (570) 668-1192.
The third event will start at 7 PM and include a motivational speaker and live music. The speaker will be KJ Reimensnyder-Wagner. This event doesn’t require tickets and is open to the public.
