RUDY BUTTERWORTH MEMORIAL PARTY HELD IN TAMAQUA

Friends, family and community members came together yesterday (Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014) in Tamaqua to celebrate the life of Rudy Butterworth of Tamaqua. The Rudy Butterworth Memorial Party, held at Freddy’s Pub LLC, included music, raffles and other activities. Rudy passed away on November 11, 2013. The event was open to the public. Butterworth was an Army veteran and worked at Trans Western Polymer in Hometown. He was the husband of Nancy (nee Shokey) Butterworth. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Tamaqua; the American Hose Company, Tamaqua; and the American Legion, C.H. Berry Post #173, Tamaqua.
