Employees and community volunteers came together most of the day yesterday (Saturday, Jan. 18, 2104) to hold a Chinese Auction and multi-band event, called January Thaw, in support of the Citizen’s Fire Company of Middleport. Funds raised will be used for new and updated equipment. In addition to live music,  an online DJ from www.OurTownRadio.net was on hand streaming the bands performances online.
