Holiday Assistance Registration

November 3, 4, & 5, 2010.

Hours will be from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. each day.

Applicants Must Provide:

- Proof of physical address

 - Working telephone number

- Original birth certificates

- Social security cards for every household member

- Proof of ALL household income and expenses

The Salvation Army will not be able to take any registrations before or after that three day period.

Thanksgiving Food Distribution Day is
