2011 Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Assistance Registration November 7, 8, & 9, 2011. Hours will be from 9 AM - 2 PM each day. Applicants Must Provide: - Proof of physical address - Working telephone number - Original birth certificates - Social security cards for every household member - Proof of ALL household income and expenses *If you missed the registration dates, a Christmas assistance registration make-up day will also be on Tuesday, December 6th, 2011 from 9 AM to 2 PM The Salvation Army will not be able to take any registrations before or after these days. Thanksgiving Food Distribution Day is: Monday, November 21st, 2011 from 9 AM to 2 PM. Christmas Food/Toy Distribution Day is Monday, December 19th, 2011 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
